First order of business survival!
Where do you get good pizza around here?
Most places I know are turning into chains and undercooking the dough.

Re: Pizza?
Thu, May 20, 2004 - 12:22 PMThere is just something about a good pie.
Can't explain it.

Re: Pizza?
Thu, May 20, 2004 - 12:29 PMSavage is great for pizza and sandwiches. My favorite thing about that place is you can get a greek salad that actually has anchovies on it. I fear not the salty fish. -

Re: Pizza?
Thu, May 20, 2004 - 1:46 PMI've been to the Johnny's in Sandy Springs and that was some pretty damn good pizza. The service was crap, but you gotta expect that at a pizza joint, I guess. -

Re: Pizza?
Thu, May 20, 2004 - 1:46 PMDepends on the Johnny's. Some are still good. They are starting to get a little big fot their britches.
I am worried that the rest may go down hill. Still better than the National chains though. -

Thu, May 20, 2004 - 1:52 PMHey, don't worry about it - I bet I've outdorked you many times with weird posts.
BTW, anybody had the grilled pizza at the Five Seasons brewery in Sandy Springs? Everything about the beer and pizza there rocks me like a hurricane. -
-
Re: Sorry to put my Fellini's post...
Fri, May 21, 2004 - 3:56 AMIs there anything at 5 Seasons that doesn't rock? Seriously, that is one of my favorite restaurants ever. I have never had a bad meal there. mmmmm...that is so my next splurge.

Fri, May 21, 2004 - 3:14 AMElph, you take me out for some good pizza and my wife will make some enchiladas. Of course it's going to have to wait a few months but it's worth it.

Re: Pizza?
Tue, June 1, 2004 - 3:28 PMJohnny's on 92 on woodstock is out now they undercooked my pie and seem to have lost quality and direction while bringing in fancy new menus and a staff that just doesn't seem to be up to serving good pizza. Something is wrong when the girls at a pizza joint look like they should work at a tanning bed.
I was reccomended Everybody's. I will have to try that and Savage along with Felinis again (been at least three years).
