Damn, that was one of the worst thunder storms I've ever been in today on I-85. Could barely scrape the cats and dogs off my windshield.

Re: Mother nature
Mon, June 21, 2004 - 7:58 PMI am glad that you made it.
I heard on the radio that metro-atl has the highest speed speeders on the interstates (on ave). I bet that went down today.

Tue, June 22, 2004 - 4:56 AMIt was fantastic. The thunder and lightning were pretty loud here in Decatur and there was just so much water. My plants are all happy now. -

Re: Mother nature
Tue, June 22, 2004 - 6:21 AMThe power went out at work and set off the fire alarm during the thunderstorm, so we had to evacuate the building and stand outside in the rain and lightening. But I like being outside during storms anyway (well, with an umbrella). There's a two story shopping center on a big hill off Northside drive I used to go to the top of during storms because I could get this beautifully expansive view of the city being pounded.
And the air is always so clean and cool and wonderful the morning after a storm, isn't it? -

Tue, June 22, 2004 - 6:28 AMEddie Rabbit rocked, that was some good shit back in the 80's. You're not going to turn into one of those indy music snobs who has a pissing contest about which marginal selling fringe bands are best, are you? :) -
